Is it ok to delete .lck files?

am trying to manage files and folder and have recently been getting lots of alerts on disk spaces. I found that there were lots of .lck file (of course 0 file sizes). But is annoying to see Tons of them.

Is it OK to delete these .lck file that are older than today?
thanks

There should not be any harm in deleting the lock files that were created by processes that have already exited.
