You'll need VMWare Workstation then, according to that message you quoted. I'm sure I've seen an article somewhere on some website about how to run an existing hard-drive installation in VirtualBox, but can't find it now.
anyone else knows the steps to configure Virtual Box?
Yes but there's not much benefit in me paraphrasing the (good) VirtualBox User Manual (links posted earlier) or in describing how to use the (intuitive) GUI. You could go right ahead and try it and if you get stuck or need clarification then ask here for help.
