Is 2.6.11 always 2.6.11??
 

Newbie with a elementary question (thanks for the patience).

Can I develope LKM's under Fedora (running 2.6.11) and expect those modules to load under Damn Small Linux-NOT (also running 2.6.11) or am I forced to develop on the target platform (again, DSL-NOT)
