IRQbalance [Failed]
whenever i shutdown my Fedora 8 it terminates many processes among them there is one process named : Irqbalance
it always shows a FAILED status in front of it whenever i shutdown my Fedora 8 although the os in itself works utterly fantastic but i just wanted to know that will that cause any problem to me?
I am asking this because when the first time i installed fedora it never showed me that message but some days ago i formatted my system and reinstalled fedora and from after that it has started showing me that "irqbalance : [Failed]" signal.
i may again repeat that it is not doing me any harm or any trouble but i just want to know the reason of its happening as it was not occurring before
irqbalance always seems to fail. I don't think it really has any detrimental side effects to your system. I have been running opensuse for a year now, and irqbalance has never worked, but the os works fine.
