iptables rules to access server in company LAN

Hi I have a big problem with rules of iptables. I'm newbie in this subject. I start to introduce
my case. I established VPN tunnel from my home laptop(VPN client) to my VPN server(localization my company) but I don't reach my application server(192.168.2.41) in my LAN. I have only access to VPN server(192.168.2.41). Please help resolve my problem. Underneath link to illustration.

Not sure what you mean by not reaching the application server but having access VPN server while these two have the same IPs but to make it easier for people to help it would make sense to post your iptables rules and add your illustration to the post as an attachment rather than linking to an untrusted source (which some people, including me, might not want to open)...
