iptables and NAT

I have done some work on Linux iptables using filter table but for NAT using (PREROUTING,POSTROUTING and OUTPUT )i have search from google but does't find any good link to study it and implement on my two linux base machines on LAN.

Kindly guide me some examples for NAT using iptables or any informative web site from where a new linux user can understand to implement nat.
