IP command!!!!


What is ther terminal command to get the IP for your computer?

if you want a local address, ifconfig is the command. but if you are behind a router, then you can't find out your externel ip address. Either look in your router, or go to one of the millions of websites that tell you your ip address like whatismyipaddress.com
