Ip block wont launch
ok after having hell to pay get this thing installed it wont launch.... I click on it it asks me for the root password I enter it then....nothing then I type the command that supposed to launch it in the terminal /usr/sbin/iblock gui then it magically launches but only when I enter the command from the terminal and then it doesn't appear to be doing anything there's nothing on the log at all I have peerguardian for windows and it blocks an ip about every second so I know this isnt right why could this be?
UPDATE after running /usr/sbin/ipblock (without first changing to root with the su command) a gui pops up and asks me for my root password I enter it in an nothing it only seems to launch when I open the terminal su root password THEN /usr/sbin/ipblock |
I ran DEBUG=1 sudo ipblock -sl and this is what it gave me...
