IP:0.0 what is that :0.0

i am using mandrake linux 10.0 with KDE.

i have trouble exporting the display.
but we are using IP:0.0 normaly...

may i know what is that option..
how can i find my option...i mean.

DISPLAY:x.x is for my remote workstation????

please help me.
