iozone nfs command question

hi all
not sure if this is the right forum but i got a redhat with nfs automounted. I want to use iozone to test the performance of the nfs. What I can't figure out is if the test is happening over the nfs or not. I am running this command:

./iozone -Rac -i 0 -i 1 -g 4G -b output.xls > logfile_may6

Does anyone have experience with this tool and can help me out?
Thanks
