Hi,

I am trying to decompress j2sdkee*.tar.gz which I downloaded from Suns web site, but I am getting error message

Invalid compressed data crc--error

Any idea?

It means it was downloaded incorrectly. You need totry again...

I did download from SUN website. I did it again and same message showed up!
Then I moved file to different machine and it worked fine???

Strange... The only reason I can think about is that the machines calculated CRC in different ways (it shouldn't happen).
