hey can u tell me any download manager for linux mint 9.

welcome to LQ

Open yor browser and point it at the web site which has the thing you want to download. It'll usually have a big green button saying "Download" Press the button and whatever it is will download. :D

Or isn't that what you're asking...?

Might look at your software managers for options. I think there are a two or three installed. Synaptic or software management or maybe package management.
