internet connection problem

I have little to no understanding of this system. I am currently setting up for a work from home job that requires I use a disk in my CD drive when booting my PC. I believe this disk runs an ISOLinux operating system.

The system appears to boot properly; however, I am receiving an error that states "No Address Found" and I am unable to get an internet connection.

When running Windows Vista, my ethernet connection runs fine. I'm sure I am missing one small piece of the puzzle that will make this work.

Please Help.

Its highly possible that an IP address will need to be specified when booting from the CD or you need to ensure you router is assigning your system an IP address.
