How can I connect a wireless internet with password in the UBUNTU version 10.4?

I can connect to other wireless that did not required password.

How did you do this? Did you select it from a list of available networks? Did the password-protected network appear in this list?

Might want to check if you're using wpa_supplicant or wireless_tools.
