Internet Connection
hi, ive just recently dual booted fedora n vista together and im a total linux noob so i have no clue why, but for some reason i cant connect to the internet on fedora.
*side note* i have 0 knowledge in linux, so i hope to learn more* |
Are you running it on a live cd? Have you tried using firefox if it is installed? You probably have-Just asking, what have you tried already?
Also, is the computer hooked up to the internet with a cable or are you using a wireless connection? |
Here is a useful desktop user guide:
http://docs.fedoraproject.org/desktop-user-guide/en/ Here is the section that begins discussing connecting to the internet: http://docs.fedoraproject.org/deskto...en/ch-Web.html |
Pls let me knw how you connect to internet. If its through Ethernet/LAN thn I may help.
