Internet Access through squid proxy

I am using squid on CentOS6.6. How my lan 172.16.1.0/24 172.16.111.0/24 can access the internet through Squid proxy

Your LAN doesn't access it; you configure your clients to access it. So tell your web browsers to use that proxy.
