Internal error trying to install packages on debian

Hi everybody, and sorry for my english

Actually I dont know to much about debian, I m using it a few time ago. When I try to install any package from the synaptic package manager there is an error mesagge that says E: internal error could not perform immediate configuration(2) on libc6. The steps I followed to install were: select with a click the desired package, then clicking on MARK ALL UPDATES, then APLY, and finally I selected TO BE INSTALLED and the error message appeared. The only rare thing is that when I opened the Synaptic package manager a message appeared, it said that I had broken packages on my system, so I used the filter to find them and then used the option EDIT and repair broken packages, there must be a problem with that because each time I open Synaptic the same message appear.

Thanks a lot for your help

What happens if you open a terminal and then try:

sudo apt-get update

sudo apt-get check
