Internal Change Tracking Tool..

Hello Guys,

We have 5 System administrators all with different level of competencies.
We have 7 Different Projects and ticket is raised through OTRS from developers. System Administrator work on those tickets. As of now, We have been suggested to write Comments whenever any admin make any changes.
I was thinking of centralized Change Tracking tool where a system Admin can mention what changes have been made on those Linux Machine. These are all Development Servers.Generally the request is for Adding some configuration to JBoss, Apache etc etc.
Any one who can suggest me with that?

Hi -

Actually, "tripwire" (usually thought of as "IDS", or "Intrusion Detection Software") might be a good fit:

Another option might be Redhat's "Configuration File Tracking" tool:

'Hope that helps .. PSM

Paulsm4,

Tripwire is for security purpose AFAIK for knowing what crackers did modified.

What I need is like this:

Project1 ==> Date/ Changes Made / Owner /Rquest for /...
Project2 ==> Date / Changes Made / Owner/ Request for /...
