Inter-office email

Here is what one of our clients wants to do,

Set up an in-office email server on linux. They have 50 users and 10 pcs running windows that these users will be using. We would like to set-up webmail on the linux server.

The linux server is a p 133 with 128mb ram and is running mandrake 8.1.

I assume we could use sendmail(?) but what other packages would I need to install to make this work the way they want
?
