Intel USB Webcam & "missing shared libraries:"

This is actually two different problems, but I was wondering where I could find a driver for an Intel USB Webcam. (Control Center shows it as CS330 Webcam from ViewQuest Technologies, Inc.)

Also, I'm having trouble getting linuxconf to run on RH9. I didn't have it at first, so I found an rpm and installed it, but it won't run because it says,

"linuxconf: error while loading shared libraries: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory"

Where do I find this 'shared object file' and what exactly is
