Intel 8280 sound on KDE 3.3.2
Hi!
I have installed the new Debian 3.1 stable (sarge). It went well an everything is OK, but a few days ago I had to disable the KDE sound system because it blocked XMMS. Now I can't hear any sound from KDE even when the sound system is enabled.
Is there anyone who knows how to get the sound system working again?

Hello
I have turned the sound up. When I push 'test sound' in the KDE sound system, I hear sound, but when i go to notifications I can't hear sounds and I can't for example hear any sound when KDE boots. Something that worked before.
Notifications, maybe go in your prefrences and select something like "Sound for notifications" etc. I'm not sure because my other system is two rooms down and is turned off. Yes, laziness. =P
Anyways, you can still hear music and movies, etc correct? If yes, what more do you need =P.
