Angry intel 3945ABG daemon error

I spent lots of time to get my wireless work
I install the ipw3945 & ipw3945d & ieee...
now I can see my wireless in iwconfig
eth1 unassociated ESSIDff/any.....

but I have problem with daemon.
I do
#echo install ipw3945 /sbin/modprobe --ignore-install ipw3945;\
sleep 0.5; /sbin/ipw3945d --quiet >> /etc/modprobe.conf.local
but when I run
#modprobe ipw3945
it shows me some warnings
warning: pw3945d [--option] line 4: ignore bad line starting with 'usage':
warning: line 5: ..........

so I have to load my driver manualy by ./load commamnd
What can I do?

and I have another problem
I can not configure my wireless card in monitor mode
#iwconfig eth1 mode monitor
show me an error of wrong parameters for mode
I have no problem withe other modes like Ad-hoc , managed
what is the problem with the monitor mode of my card?
