What is your distro?

To install an rpm:
open a console
type in su and hit enter
type in the root password and hit enter
type in rpm -ivh <name of package>.rpm and hit enter
once installed, type in exit and hit enter.

To use it, type in wine /path/to/program.exe and hit enter.
