intallation problem, got stuck

wanted ti try Linux Mint Debian Edition LMDE3, and download the iso, started it in virtual box in windows.

it started Live, so far so good, then clicked Install, and chose my language swedish, now the problem, that window is too big, cant get to click OK for continuing.

Can some commands in terminal fix it?

I've seen this problem before, and I can't quite remember how to fix it. Does Alt + Click + drag allow you to move the window around?

use key to uncapture mouse and keyboard(right-ctrl maybe) to adjust the vbox window on host. Boot in mint iso in low-graphics mode may be another option.

You want to just make the window smaller? Can't you just click and drag one of the corners? Maybe I'm missing something here.

already tried to make window smaller, that doesent work. resizing vtirtualbox window doesnt make a differense. isnt there any terminal commands to just click the continue button, for the install manager?

How do I boot in low graphics mode? but does that help? since you have to click the install, on the screen.

I am very confused, since you say you can move the window around [by using Alt + click + drag], you must be able to click the continue button. If you can't, I don't know what else to say.

Without being rude, if you can't accomplish this, I would not recommend LMDE. LMDE is an intermediate-difficulty distro and is harder to set up and configure than normal Linux Mint.

If I personally had to choose between Solus and Mint I would choose Mint since development of Solus is rocky and, as far as I see it, the distro has an uncertain future.

I ment that window is impossible to move up enough to be able to see the buttons. yes agree Linux mint has a stable future, since its been around for so long. so I will install that main edition instead.

But it won't be if you use Alt + click + drag. This will allow you to move the window around beyond the confines of your screen.
