How do you install software in linux? What i mean is that how do you unpack zip files and install the content? In windows you just unzip ans usually double-click on setup.exe but it isnt that easy here is it?
I know there are some commands like tar-jxcv or something like that heh, but isnt there a integrated software in linux?
Can't you just right-click and unpack the file? It should be just that simple. Anyway, you may want to check this thread to learn how to install programs in Linux:

You say that you are using Fedora 2 which is a n rpm based distro. It is better to intsall/uninstall using rpm, however, in fedora there is a CLI app called yum which handles it all for you. I advise upgrading to Fedora 6 as you will find yum 'better' in the latest version. As for installing via tarball, it is generally accepted not to mix rpm and tarballs on same system - so I've been told.
To install via rpm, as root
rpm -ivh <package.rpm>
To install via tarball
tar zxvf <tarball.tgz>
cd into directory
make && make install
