i have installed centOS 7 virtual machine using VMware workstation. On this VM i am trying to install zimbra collaborative suite (ZTS) which is nothing but zimbra mail server. while configuring, the zimbra mail server was notified that i am trying to install ZTS. but due to some errors installation is not completed.
Now when i am trying to install ZTS 3rd time, zimbra server is not allowing me to download the setup files. I am connecting to zimbra.com and able to send a http request but reply comes as "FORBIDDEN". i.e. "not allowed". Now what to do to get the setup files from zimbra server?

Read the "Question Guidelines" in my posting signature. Without telling us what the "some errors" are, we have no idea how to help you. You don't tell us how you're connecting (web browser? Curl? Wget?), what user you're running as, or where it's getting "forbidden" (or is it "not allowed"? You prefaced that with 'i.e').
And do you mean the Collaboration Network Edition? Because that won't donwload AT ALL, unless you have your valid license key either for a demo, or from a purchase.
Please do take the time to review the question guidelines link from TB0ne or see the LQ Site FAQ for more information.
Please evaluate the thoughts TB0ne has offered questions about related to your problem, and then please respond to the thread with an update so that LQ members can offer some assistance with your problem.
We realize you have tried a few times, however we'll need to see some more details about these attempts to aid you in figuring out what is wrong.
loading and configuring zimbra mail server on CentOS7
Hi Guys
My both the posts dated 22nd March 2017 have been resolved by myself. I just deleted existing VM and configured another CentOS7 Virtual machine and loaded zimbra mail server. The problem of not able to get setup files from Zimbra server has been solved.
