Installing windows without losing grub


i, unfortunately, have to install the paid alternative OS... i would like to know how do i do to reinstall grub without reinstalling mandriva 2008.1? i don't have a floppy drive and unable to get one... i can use my dvd writer if needed...

Do you have a partition on your hd for your windows yet? Here is a tutorial from this site
