installing ut2004 demo for redhat 9.0

i have redhat 9.0.
i just downloaded the unreal tournament 2004 demo for linux.
how do i go about installng this program?

i am a windows user also, so i am used to the whole double click and it opens theory. do i have to go into the terminal or what?
