The first command is always $ pwd
I.e. you will have to know your current location.
There is no file by name configure in a random directory.
$ cd sumo-0.12.3/
$ ls : Then you will see the configure script listed.

MAP file creation problem
 

hi everybody.

i installed SUMO and MOVE with #2 and #9 (thank sir)
i run MOVE and set "Node, Edge, Configuration" but when i set Create Map is have a problem.
