Installing RHEL6 using Oracle Virtual box having Win 7 as base OS

Hi everyone,

I have Win 7 installed on my laptop with 4GB RAM. I have installed Oracle VirtualBox-3.2.8-64453-Win. Kindly let me know the steps to install RHEL 6 on this.

Thanks and Regards,

Not sure I understand the difficulty here.

1. download RHEL ISO
2. create VM in VBox
3. Load RHEL ISO into VM's CD
4. Power on VM
5. Install RHEL as normal

Thanks for the reply. The steps are correct, however iso can also be stored anywhere in pc instead of making cd/dvd which is not mandatory
