Installing Redhat 8.0 on RAID array

Can anyone offer me any help here? I'm trying to install Redhat 8.0 on a FAT32 RAID array on my Win2k machine - apparently it is possible on my controller (Highpoint 370), with specific drivers - my main question is how to get the installer to use these drivers, and see the RAID array. At the moment, it only sees my normal partitions.
Any help gratefully received.
