Installing Red hat Cd packages that werent installed the first time

Is there anyway that i can install any of the packages that i didn't install when i first put Red hat Linux on my computer. I need to install some of the packages on the RH 9 cd 2 and 3 that i didn't do. Please help. Much thanks
