Installing Mozilla Thunderbird latest beta on Ubuntu

Hi,

I'd like to know if there's any way of using Ubuntu's package manager to install the latest Thunderbird version (3.0b4 IIRC.)

I can issue the command:
Code:
sudo aptitude install mozilla-thunderbird
but I believe that retrieves the latest stable version and not the beta I'm after.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I do not know if all the development packages are available in the repositories. But you can still install thunderbird from source.
