Installing Midori Browser

Hi,

I am trying to install Midori on Enlightenment 17 and I get the following error while compiling

Quote:
Checking for zeitgeist-1.0 >= 0.3.14 : Package zeitgeist-1.0 was not found in the pkg-config search path.
Perhaps you should add the directory containing `zeitgeist-1.0.pc'
to the PKG_CONFIG_PATH environment variable
No package 'zeitgeist-1.0' found
I tried to google search for a newer version but all that I can find is 'zeitgeist-0.3.18'

Any suggestions on what I should do to proceed??

There's not too much information to go on.

Just to make sure: Are you aware of this: (BLFS) Midori-0.5.5

The above uses, among others, libzeitgeist-0.3.18, which is also part of BLFS.

Thank You Drunna!
Little did I know but libzeitgeist-.0.3.18 contains libzeitgeist-1.0.so ; the libzeitgeist API functions.

Going ahead with the installations I come across this missing package requirement (attached) but I have installed GStreamer and it's .pc files are in
Quote:
/usr/local/lib/pkgconfig
What might be the reason behind this error?

What might be the reason behind this error?
- Is /usr/local/lib/pkgconfig part of PKG_CONFIG_PATH?

- Did you install the gstreamer plugin base and its plugin(s)?
