Installing Mibbit with IRCD Chat..

I have setup IRCD Chat server on RHEL Machine and need web Chat Client called mibbit to work with. Can anyone help me how can I setup mibbit for IRCD. I can see README.txt and other docs saying:
The Mibbit IRC module allows users to participate in IRC chats via a web page
in the community.

The module does the following:

To install the module:
 - Copy the module to your /sites/all/modules/contrib directory.
 - Enable the module at: /admin/build/modules
 Module provided by WebWise Solutions:
I have IRCd configured under /etc/ircd.conf.
What steps can help me integrate mibbit to IRCd?
