Question Installing LinuxXP Desktop 2006 need help

made disk from image file, restarted computer with 80g hard disk, get to partitioning and do automatic then click remove all partitions for this system, it gives me option to partition with disk druid any help would be appreciated. once i let auto partition go and start installing it shows formatting/file system which it does completely then it goes to formating /boot system
then to transferring install image to hard drive gets almost done and gives error "An error occurred transferring the install image to your hard drive. You are probably out of disk space"
what do i do now

Sounds to me like you got a corrupt image, or a bad DVD / CD.

In Linux I really like K3B which should already be installed if you are running KDE. If you are trying to do this in Windows, I usually use http://isorecorder.alexfeinman.com/isorecorder.htm
It's very simple and uses the explorer shell directly. You just right click your file and choose burn image to CD.

cheers
