Installing Linux on multiple machines
 
how can I install Linux in a networked environment on multiple machines simultaneously (case of ubuntu) through HTTP ?

Well, did you look at Google?? Keying in "ubuntu network install", comes up with this:

as the first hit. Covers all the possible network installation options, with how-tos.

actually i am new using Linux this not something i have to do it is like a little project my teacher gave me to understand how this should be done..
the thing that i guess i am not getting is how this can be done on several machines at the same time

Well, if it's a school project, the whole point of it is to figure it out. Read the documentation on it. It's no different than one web server, having a bunch of different machines viewing the page....one server, multiple requests...
