installing linux driver Intel(R) 82566DM LAN for Dell 755 optiplex RHEL 4 being used

I have dell optiplex 755 with the Intel(R) 82566DM gigabit ethernet connection, i have cds RHEL 4.0 (from 2005) (kernel version is 2.6.9-5.ELsmp)

I am not able to configure it .

when i use lspci - it does not recognize the driver correctly.

shows : Ethernet controller:Intel Corp :Unknowdevice 10bd (rev 02)

can you help me ?

You can give RHEL5 a try. I have installed RHEL5 on Dell Optiplex 330 it takes all the hardware well.
Just that the resolution is 800x648.
