Installing lame encoder?

I have grip and i would like to add the lame encoder, it doesnt come preinstalled apparantly with SuSE only the ogg encoder works, so how can I install the rpm version of the encoder?

the last page looks pretty good....anyways download it
rpm -ivh nameofpackage.rpm
