Installing kvidtune - QT-1.33 missing

I'm running Debian Woody and want to install kvidtune. However, when I run ./configure I get an error message that says:

configure: error: QT-1.33 (headers and libraries) not
found. Please check your installation!

I've tried to reinstall QT, but I'm not sure what exactly it is that I should install and, consequently, haven't been able to get past the error message.

All advice welcome.

Thanks
Joe

My word, that thing is looking for an
ancient version of QT :} ... we're past
3.1 now...

Cheers,
