Mmmm doesn't work

I try what u say, I've renamed vmlinux-apple_lcd_17-2.4.2-11 to vmlinux-apple_lcd_17-2.4.2-11.rpm It sounds logic because i've seen that the only green files i have are a rpm files, but when i try to execute rpm -ivh vmlinux-apple_lcd_17-2.4.2-11.rpm it say "Is not a rpm package (or package manifest)" what do u think about this?

contact person responsible for web page?

I'm running out of ideas now. I was hoping someone else more knowledgable than either of us would comment here. Perhaps you should look at that web page again and contact whomever was responsible for posting that information....or going to the site where you got the file and see if there is a contact there.

justlinux.com & free suse support

You can try to post to justlinux.com. They are generally more knowledgable than the people here. I also looked at the contact page. There is a send support question. It requires registration for an account, but it says that it is free. Here is the link

http://www.suse.com/en/company/suse/contact/index.html

oops...maybe not...it says that even after the free account registration, you will have to register your software.....oh well....
