ok so ive been fooling around with ubuntu fiesty since i made my first post here a few days ago and everything is really going great except for the fact that i cant get java to work correctly, i was wanting to use frostwire so i downloaded it and went through the installation process where it installed java 6 for me,it worked for about 30 minutes then it just got to the point where it would load the program but i couldnt type any letters anywhere, after searching around a bit i learned that i had java 5 and 6 both installed,<could this cause java to crash on boot or should i manually start java at boot from the terminal>as far as beryl goes i love the eye candy but i cant get the rain option to work on my desktop using the alt f9 option, it says that its disabled and it dosent let me change it,im sure that its not a graphics card problem because im running 2 geforce 8800 ultras in sli,the tidal wave water option works but the rain and snow dosent,any help would be most greatly appreciated thnx
