Installing HUAWEI ets 2251 Modem on fedora core 7

hi friends

I am trying to install huawei wireless ets 2251 modem on fedora core 7 or ubunto 5.10 for long time and i use one method posted by y2j and it is ok

the method is make this file in folder /etc/udev/rules.d/026_ti_usb_3410_rules

the file is
#TI USB 3410
SUBSYSTEM=="usb_device" ACTION=="add" SYSFS{idVendor}=="0451",SYSFS{idProduct}=="3410" \
SYSFS{bNumConfigurations}=="2" \
SYSFS{bConfigurationValue}=="1" \
RUN+="/bin/sh -c 'echo 2 > /sys%p/device/bConfigurationValue'"

and use dmesg -c command as root

it was successful and was able to install the modem
and i use wvdial.conf resolv.conf files to connect to internet .But if i can connect to the internet(modem's display indicate that connection OK)but there is no data transferring between my computer and ISP.As i am new to linux i can not solve this problem.Please help me to solve this.

Thank you.
