--> Finished Dependency Resolution
Error: Missing Dependency: libnss3.so(NSS_3.12.3) is needed by package google-chrome-stable

Fedora 9 is ancient, and it's unlikely that a packaged version of Chrome will work on it. You could try downloading Chrome's installer package from Google itself, but really the right answer is to upgrade the machine. I am curious as to why this is impossible. It's downright dangerous to run a distribution that has not had security updates for many years.

Why can't you upgrade Fedora? If not your computer, you should tell whoever owns it that it isn't even supported anymore. Meaning, not even security updates.

Format and reinstall. Or find a lighter distro is its hardware requirements holding you back.
Its going to save you time vs trying to find chrome for an 4 year old OS that has been out of support for 2 years+.
