installing gentoo from another os
 

I saw some where on this forum someone say that it is possible to install gen-too from within another linux install on the same computer. I would like to know how to do this, and whether or not it's possible to do that through windows(if it is, how do I do it). Thanks in advance for any and all help.

I don't think it can be done from Windows, but it can be done from a liveCD. Here's is a link to get you started.
