installing from USB cd drive
 
I am trying to install Red Hat Fedora onto a laptop running XP. The computer does not have a working CD drive, but I do have a FDD and a USB external CD drive. I can also install from an image file on my hard disk, I believe, but I do not know how to do this. Thank you!

Thank you very much! I now feel even more ignorant for not having found that. I am trying to install Linux on a laptop that was running linux before, but I switched to XP. (big mistake)
