Installing fonts in GNOME

I deliberately did not want to have KDE and boldy chose to just install GNOME components with this new installation on my own laptop (I have limited disc space). Now I want to install fonts (copy them from MS fonts directory into linux fonts directly). KDE has this option, but do not see it in GNOME. Also does anyone know how to get true type fonts and MSfonts package installed through GNOME?

As always, thanks so much!
