installing Fedora os from scratch from rpms

Hello All:

I'm currently a RH 7.3 user, and am in the process of doing upgrades. Yes, I know: legacy stuff.
So I'm posting here to ask if it's a doable thing to install FC 3 just w/ rpms, Is this doable?
How?
Downloading an iso is not practical: I've got a 56k modem and I am in the Caribbean, where power is not always ON!
Also I don't want to buy the cd set.
So if you can illuminate or direct me to where and how I might install FC through rpms I would be grateful.

Thanks,

Thanks much for your reply, but the link is broken.
Are you sure that's the right address?

OK!
I sure do hope that's a legit site. I've given info out and there isn't even a "state" field for the US.
The language is also a bit iffy.
The address I used in the States is not mine, but I wouldn't want there to be a misuse of information that I gave. Believe me.
Do you have an affiliation w/ this project.
They show several distros but don't ever ask which you prefer. Do they mail ALL of them to you?
In short, what's the deal w/ this magazine?

thanks
