Installing chroot problem

I am running Ubuntu 5.04 for AMD64, and I wanted to run WINE which is still not possible to be compiled in 64 bit.

I am trying to following the instrction here:

http://www.ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=24575

However, I am stucked at even the first step.

Code:

navyblue@PC:~$ sudo apt-get install dchroot debootstrap
Reading package lists... Done
Building dependency tree... Done
E: Couldn't find package dchroot

I have enabled to universe and multiverse repository. Anyone can tell me what's the problem?

Thanks. :)

Yup I have Synaptic. I searched for dchroot and can't find anything. I have universe and multiverse repository enabled. I think I have the backport enabled too but I'm not sure (as I have wiped out the 64 bit Ubuntu out of my frustration :D).

I didn't apt-get them separately.
