Hello,

Im trying to install a BIN file and i already try several command to install the software but all it's not working. Please have a look bellow.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
root@celebes [~/RealServer]# ./rs903-linux-22libc6-ia32.bin
-bash: ./rs903-linux-22libc6-ia32.bin: Permission denied
root@celebes [~/RealServer]# file rs903-linux-22libc6-ia32.bin
rs903-linux-22libc6-ia32.bin: ELF 32-bit LSB executable, Intel 80386, version 1 (SYSV), for GNU/Linux 2.0.0, dynamically linked (uses shared libs), not stripped
root@celebes [~/RealServer]# ./rs903-linux-22libc6-ia32.bin
-bash: ./rs903-linux-22libc6-ia32.bin: Permission denied
root@celebes [~/RealServer]# sh rs903-linux-22libc6-ia32.bin
rs903-linux-22libc6-ia32.bin: rs903-linux-22libc6-ia32.bin: cannot execute binary file
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

If anyone know other command to install BIN file, please let me know cause i really need help. I'm newbie so i don't know much.

Try changing the file permissions first:

as your regular user:

chmod u+x rs903-linux-22libc6-ia32.bin (this changes the file permissions so that your user can execute the binary)

then try:
./rs903-linux-22libc6-ia32.bin

Re: Installing BIN file

Why do you ask where to type this? You've already been giving us examples of yourself typing into a console. TYPE IT IN THERE!
Code:
root@celebes [~/RealServer]# chmod +x rs903-linux-22libc6-ia32.bin
root@celebes [~/RealServer]# ./rs903-linux-22libc6-ia32.bin
